By accessing and/or using this Site. The Site is hosted in India and has therefore been especially crafted for Indian visitors.  This Privacy Policy applies to information that can be used to identify you personally (other than publicly available data), or is otherwise sensitive or privileged legal information (“Personal Information” as defined/elaborated below) collected on ‘https://bastafoundation.in’. 3. CHILDREN:

The BASTA Foundation does not intentionally gather or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly permit such persons to provide us with their Personal Information without parental or guardian consent, with the exception of the legal purposes, provisions, and reporting.
