REFUND POLICY

The Basta Foundation goes to great lengths to process donations in accordance with the guidelines provided by our donors, both online and offline. The Basta Foundation will, however, respond to the donor within 7 working days of receiving a legitimate request for a refund from the donor if, in the unlikely event that an incorrect donation is made or if the donor would like to cancel his donation.

The type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction will determine whether the donation is promptly refunded. The donor must submit a written request for a refund to Basta Foundation within two days of making the donation on the organization’s:  info@bastafoundation.in  along with:

1. Evidence that the donation amount was deducted.
2. The donor must send the original receipt back to us at our office addresses if the donation receipt has already been given to the donor.
3. If the tax exemption certificate has already been issued, we regret that we will be unable to refund the donation. However, if a valid refund request is made due to an error on the part of Basta Foundation, Basta Foundation will refund the donation and bear the associated costs.
4. The refund process for international donations will take at least 10 days.
5. Please note that refund requests made post two days of the donation cannot be considered.
