Our Team
The BASTA Foundation is more than an organization – it is a team of highly devoted individuals determined to uplift the lives of underprivileged children in India. We have people from all walks of life who have come together to serve a common goal. We have all experienced hardships in our lives and want to safeguard these children from undergoing the same. Knowing the importance of education and the massive difference it can make to a child’s life, we work tirelessly to help underprivileged children gain access to quality education. Spreading awareness about this importance has helped us keep several children in school and away from child labor where their parents would send them. In addition to child education, we also work on various essential issues such as environmental degradation, women empowerment, disaster aid, and providing medical care to the needy. With our teamwork, the mission to uplift the lives of our fellow citizens and bring progress to the underprivileged is getting closer to reality as each day passes.
